For me, I've been off Twitter/X for a couple years now since it stopped prohibiting hate speech. Also Elon messing with the algorithm, the checkmarks, and the ability to block. I didn't delete it though, just stopped using it. Glad I did. I miss some friends' posts, but they're on Discord too.
