Hi @emnlpmeeting.bsky.social I am still waiting for an invitation letter for an F visa. I have filled in the form twice and emailed the local visa committee, but no reply

@emnlpmeeting.bsky.social I have now registered. The letter generated on the registration site is not suitable. In fact it states on it 'This letter cannot be used to apply for an F or L visa.' I filled in the visa invitation letter form almost two weeks ago and have not received anything

So, to clarify: there are no free registrations for WS organisers?

I am a workshop organiser. Do we need to register? I also can't get any information about this from the WS chairs
