Hear me out - Reach should bring back evening papers on the street. Commuter footfall is increasing (peaks are now around 5pm), young city centre pops are rising. Focus on the audiences coming back through the city centre from their work to their home. Footfall traffic not train stations

I'm 60 now and cutting back my work. the lad who recently started accepting payment has a serious cocaine problem. he is unable to carry on doing the job.
