I look forward to companies being refunded for the taxes I paid for them which will likely result in an increase in taxes for me so that the government can afford to pay for the refund after they already spent the money blowing up Iran.
Even the good thing happening is bad. yay.
Huge reveal on the new Mario Galaxy poster
In honor of her being moved to a farm out west. Please enjoy my treasured memory of the time I got Kristi Noem suspended on twitter. It only lasted a day or so, but it was glorious.
Listen, I'm all for establishing a regular meeting with you like I have with Frank but exclusively for discussing Myst :P
9 Games that made me. I decided I should limit myself to one game per series to avoid this second version.
Correction: Play nearly any version of Myst
This is why they don't let miyamoto speak English anymore. That translation is a filter.
well... yeah...
The game has multiple extremely overt homages to Myst. Cyan is in the special thanks.
Not a bad article or anything, headline just makes me laugh. Anyway play Blue Prince and Myst. And the Myst sequels. Outer Wilds too. Myst-likes are neat.
I always love these sorts of interviews where people expect devs to be like "You know we hadn't announced anything but I feel like this random interview may be the perfect time to announce our entire lineup for the next ten years, thank you for asking"
Hi folks-- We're receiving reports that some takedowns for Cookie's Bustle are still being made by Web Capio. It seems like their automated takedown systems may inadvertently still be running. We're looking into it.
In the meantime, creators are having success sending response emails like this one:
Do you think this Virtual Boy Mario Land demo was a playable game, or just an animation like plenty of other Virtual Boy demos? If you missed our Virtual Boy and Winter CES 1995 video check it out here: https://youtu.be/N_FEmue0Yu4
Any questions about why the Virtual Boy's pack-in wasn't in the library at launch were answered by Nintendo pointing to a calendar.
Special piss food and anxiety meds. He gets better medical care than I do.
This is absolutely wild
Digital Foundry reports 1440p in docked 30fps mode which is higher than any of the counts I got (1080p). But this is a dynamic enough game that I don't doubt the accuracy of those counts, we were likely just counting different areas. Otherwise seems like we're in agreement that this is a solid port.
This is one of the ten or so best games ever made. Buy a journal, make a cup of tea, invite a friend to hang out, and enjoy this snippet of perfection.
UPDATE: While it hasn't OFFICIALLY been announced yet. I can now, as an industry insider, confirm that it is no longer last year.
I have no actual legitimate reason to think it's coming, but hypothetically I think if a game can run on Xbox Series S then a Switch 2 port isn't out of the question. Starfield runs better on Series S than Oblivion Remastered yet somehow Switch 2 is getting the latter :P
Canonically Xbox is a Nindie so technically there is a non-zero chance this is at the indie-showcase tomorrow and winds up on Switch 2.
Very pleased to have been wrong about Fallout 4's Switch 2 performance. I assume this came in pretty hot but they pulled it off. Looking forward to the DLSS update.

Ian is a legend and one of my favorite people from Eurogamer. If you're looking for a video person who is also hilarious, go get him. He is well and truly 'the man'.
Good thread
They love adding the little fiddly bits around the fjords.
They never showed more than one windmill at a time in the new PokΓ©mon trailer. They learned.
Given the otherwise untreated edges I think that might just be a messy alpha transparency rather than DLSS in this particular case.
Volumetric clouds, water sim, and real time ambient occlusion. With the exception of some much-needed anti-aliasing, PokΓ©mon appears to have caught up with where the Mario team was in 2017.
That said, I applaud the hold until 2027. S/V did long term technical damage that needs repaired.
He lives!
Howdy, I'll DM you :)
