**TL;DR: September 2024 - cartel war in my city + COVID + computer failure started a 16-month cascade. Couldn't work, couldn't afford repairs, fell into debt spiral. Worked a 30-hour marathon in August/September trying to catch up -Opening emergency 2d commissions

I've been pretty much abscent since august 2024, a bunch of things have happened, I'm at the lowest point I've ever been, so I'm opening up emergency commissions to avoid eviction.
