My idea to fix F1 is to just race Miatas the rest of the year

Completely disagree. What would be MORE Levien-DCU than moving it somewhere larger, gouging lots of fans and then Messi not showing up.
I think it's a little visually busy, but I love the concept and the ambition.
Curious to see how it looks a) in real life and b) on television.
Why host a national championships a week after the Olympics?

What a gameβ¦
This seems like too aggressive of forechecking by the US
I just hate 3v3. Itβs barely hockey. Fine for regular season/round robins, but itβs only barely better than a shootout.
And do you see how the OT in the 2025 Worlds went down? youtu.be/ZNaZhwrYnlM?...
I hate 3-on-3 being used to decide anything meaningful.
And now to the lottery periodβ¦
Credit to Canada, theyβve played one of the most disciplined, mistake-free games Iβve ever seen. As close to a perfect game I can think of before Knightβs goal.
Wow
And thereβs the first bonehead mistake by the USβ¦ offensive zone penalty they may end up being more than a minor.
Safe to say now that Edwards is really struggling today.
The currently ESPN and TNT broadcasts arenβt perfect but none of their booth talent is one quarter as annoying or as overexposed as Pierre.
This NHL on NBC nostalgia Iβm seeing around is insane. Those broadcasts featured Pierre McGwire endlesslyβ¦ ENDLESSLY.
This is far too long
Haha, this is a very good point.
Itβs the Welsh version of it.
Ten minutes earlier
this sequence in the U.S. womenβs curling match was pure cinema
That's before they talk about the aerodynamic benefits of greater speed and energy savings moving between meetings.
Do they have them in track and field too? I only ask because I wonder if the technology struggles to render a line across a curved path.
Iβm not sure any event in the history of American soccer would be as funny, or as clarifying, as Pochettino leaving for Spurs on the eve of the US-hosted World Cup.
They look like scrubs.
Also, there's no way that color is sustainably popular. In 10 years, that color will look as current as the all-brown interior of a 1970s car.
What's with all this water-carrying I'm seeing from hockey writers about the NHL being unable to post highlights? NBC is doing a perfectly good job getting highlights on to Youtube. I watch them every night with my son. I'm sure CTV and other NHL rightsholders are doing similar.
Those helmets don't help either. Least cool looking helmets in all of sports, IMO.
I'm old enough to remember Mr. Rumor and 3-6-1...
Just so that I'm on the record before the tournament... my men's hockey prediction is:
G: Canada
S: Finland
B: Sweden
4th: USA
One of the hardest things to do in international play is transition out players whoβve won. You saw it in hockey with 98 Canada men. You see it in soccer a ton. Germanyβs men at Euro 2000 comes to mind immediately.
