The county that makes up most of the district is unlikely to elect the Democrat. They have consistently reelected Toth to the State House, and guys like him to every office. Example, the county judge has been in several DUI accidents, and is only now being primaried by an equally terrible guy.

Not on election day - I’ve been voting here for 15 years, and while early voting can be done at any county location, election day has always been at your specific polling place.

What you need to know is he sucks even worse than Crenshaw, and will probably win the seat (this area is SUPER conservative, even for Texas).

That’s the old district map, which was how he got into the House, but his new district is more the right side of that map and then northwest from there - basically all of Montgomery County (where I live) and some extra. Even more conservative than the old district map.

He’s already our terrible State Rep, so we’d be living with him no matter what. Also, he’s apparently a terrible neighbor as well. Wheeeee!!! That’s just living where we live in Texas. The good news is there are some lovely people around here and he’s not MY actual neighbor!
