Every writer I know is getting 1 or 2 hugely flattering emails/wk from scam bookclub/review sites, offering to promote old books. A yr ago they were just emails. Now they link to full websites w/ dozens of reviews (AI generated) of books (the first few are real, the rest AI generated).
