Transporter 14 TLEs now issued, 2025-135A to 135BU, but nothing identified.
V90 (1996-044C), V97 (1997-027C) and V99 (1997-049C)
They've issued some more, three of them dated over twenty years ago for Ariane 4 upper stages in GTO with a given lifetime of a couple of days.
Apparently based on Chinese announcement that Zhongxing 9C is due to be launched in the first quarter of this year, and guessing it was the payload of the next Chang Zheng 3B.
There was a pre-launch rumour on the NSF forum that Zhongxing 9C was the payload. It's apparently due to be launched sometime soon.

Do you know for sure that BlueBird jettisoned the adapters this time? Possible that there was a design change from the earlier launch.
Afraid I had to give up, health reasons. Unfortunately they couldn't find a replacement, so no more Satellite Digest.
