It would take an immediate 180 on the immigration rhetoric, stamping down on foreign funding and interference and pushing the good stuff that they are doing that people will start to feel. They need to get a grip of OFCOM/OFWAT etc and get peoples energy bills down. That would probably save them.

I would hope it would give the Labour party a wake up call to stop trying top out-Reform Reform, which is clearly failing and work hard to get their core vote back before its too late. A Labour win will be used as a validation of the current approach and a reform win will make it even worse.
