As a child I loved to draw. I thought I might become an artist like my dad, but music soon dominated my life. This is my first attempt at painting as an adult. I'm pretty happy with it. I'm excited to play in an artistic endeavour just because it makes me happy.

Last night I dreamt that David Lynch cast me in a reboot of Twin Peaks. I was nervous but he told me (loudly) "I have confidence in you!" and I woke up feeling so positive. Mr. Lynch is always welcome in my subconscious ramblings.

Please tell me you and Paul have watched the british tv shows "Life on Mars" and "Ashes to Ashes." Two of my all-time favourites. They feature time slips trigger by David Bowie songs and the ending is superb.
