All this resting and relaxing I've been doing as I recover is starting to make me feel restless! I really want to get back to working on things again!!

Therapy is a very painful journey that includes ripping you apart and revealing things about yourself you might have suppressed. Unless your therapist actually is just not doing a good job! In which case you should explore your options.

I understand! I struggle too when I want to reply to cool art. But I think it's okay to sound repetitive! Maybe acknowledging it with "another great picture!" Or "I really like your art recently!" Might help!

Went looking for it and found it. This hit me every time

It's not cringe - it's never cringe to talk about how much you like someone's work. Even just using a simple reaction image every time.

Even if they don't respond back, you might just be the reason they keep creating.

A few years ago I had a follower who would reply to my art with the same reaction image that basically said they liked the art and would like more of it. It was simple, but it made me really happy (even now as I think back to it)

I hope that person is doing okay

It's valid to tell people "I have plans" if your plans are to sit on your couch. That's a type of plans
