last thing i'll gush about but the thing that makes this game the strongest in the series to me is its focus on the fundamentals. small, dynamic cast w/ strong chemistry, a narrative that feels complete like putting down a good book at the end, thoughtful genre & trope deconstruction, clear message
it's a set in a dystopian mythic sci fi setting (so appears fantasy on the surface but as the story progresses you realize it's sci fi-- just think like. evangelion sci fi in how it incorporates things not yet fathomable by science) ALSO has my favorite soundtrack of all time <3 hmu if u play it!!
CAT IT'S SOOOOOO GOOD THOUGH. and the good thing about replicant's style of sad is that its message stands in contrast to the misery. the whole game is about the nature of humanity -- that even when things are miserable, we have an innate need for connection no matter what. i think you'd enjoy it
it's a single player rpg! it'll definitely gut you lol. it requires a little patience since it's a game where you get an ending, then next time you load the game up you start from the midway point but with a twist that recontextualizes eeeeverything. it's my fav game ever. fantastic storytelling

Sometimes youβre self-conscious & then an artist you really admire tells you that your work is amazing and it makes your entire day

as someone whoβs agender, at diff life stages iβve been in relationships that share more in common with same gender relationships with women or men respectively. also have been in very formative lovely T4T relationships. all of it has really informed how i engage with fictional romance
recently someone defended my art against a troll while only using emojis and it felt like one of those mimes with the black and white stripes was coming to my rescue
