Perhaps, I am not convinced that things that happen online result in actual change. It more appears that the internet sucks attention and energy out of change organizations. I may be wrong and appreciate your points and reply. It will take all of us focusing in different sectors for sure.
It also requires compromise. Folks are so obsessed with ideological purity that most progressive attempts for actual change are scuttled by infighting. Change doesn’t happen online it happens in schools, worship houses, farmers markets, and city counsel meetings. All platforms are a distraction.

The thing is I’m not wrong because 4 generations of engineers agree with me and now reality does in fact sound like a cartoon.

Stop chasing. Not because you want to, or feel like you should. Stop chasing because there is nothing to find, to fix, to conquer. Stay in the discomfort, stay in the joy, feel the freedom of accepting no one is coming to save you, because you don't need to be saved.
