I’m dealing with delusion within my circle. It’s tough.

It got me to thinking, do evil people realize they are evil? I suspect the answer is often no.
Do fascists realize they are supporting fascism?

I test my own thinking fairly often, but is that abnormal? It makes fighting evil complicated

In an effort to hone a useful skill, I once made a piñata shaped like a cockroach. It was not well received.

I appreciate their dilemma. “Do I remain, feign loyalty, and try to mitigate this person’s worst impulses, or do I leave, protecting my professional dignity and perhaps my mental health, but risk being replaced by people who are neither ethical nor competent?”

Could I have predicted the shape of my life 20 years ago? Surely not. And just to remind all of us how unpredictable life can be, here is a picture of me and a dear friend singing and performing puppets to a small but packed venue.

A few of my friends have found that early testing didn’t show a positive result, but later testing did.
Any way you slice it, better to avoid exposure to the wide world until you feel better.

In addition to my usual work, I’m looking for ways to thwart evil.

Working on a new sword of Korean style. I seldom do engraving, and I am well aware of people who do it better than I do, but I think this came out pretty well.

After having smoke-free air for two days straight, I felt comfortable making swords again. Not this one specifically, but swords.
