Lisa: The Painful (PS5: 11 hours):
A disempowering RPG. Violent, post-apocalyptic, and occasionally grotesque. There is no respite, and you cannot progress without extreme sacrifice. It's almost contradictory, at times, between its weight and its irreverence. Banger music.
every time i post a version of this joke i'm worried someone will believe i'm expressing an actual viewpoint
all liberals do is read news, get anxiety and high blood pressure, eat low sodium hot chip alternative, and lie

ooooh WHY HAD THIS THOUGHT NOT OCCURRED TO ME
AP News headline reads "Russia condemns US-Israel strikes on Iran as 'unprovoked act of armed aggression.'"
It's nice of Russia to bring a bit of levity to the situation.
as recompense all american citizens are entitled to an honorary fifa peace prize
I don't think companies should be allowed to buy other companies.
why would you ask me what something i said means? how should i know?

Another striking thing about this movie is how Christopher Lee somehow managed to make his parts of the script feel natural. Just an exceptional talent. Dude could do anything.
Watched Episode II with my daughter, and there's this part where Anakin and his friends are chained to stone pillars and a bunch of vicious animals are released to execute them, and Anakin says, "I've got a bad feeling about this."
By far the funniest line in the movie.
maybe he meant rich with friendship and fulfillment
An old man stands among grass and rocks before a tall stone tablet in the moonlight. A whale with four fins is flying by in the sky.
Selfloss (Steam Deck, 8 hours):
This game does not play to its strengths. A nesting doll of overlong tasks. The moveset is interesting, but puzzles and combat are both mediocre. The platforming(?!) is very bad. Music is greatβbut underused. Pretty. Way too long.
a woman sitting in front of chicken cages. she says "what's up poultry man."
Arctic Eggs (Steam Deck, 3.5 hours):
Cook and flip eggs to feed the hungry and earn your freedom. Poetic and philosophical. Precise and delicate skillet controls. 90% zen, 10% rage. Hypnotic and fulfilling.
and GRAVITY RUSH

agree to them?
Me in the US this morning seeing Prince Andrew arrested and President Yoon convicted.
they're everywhere right now. the doctor rains its bounty upon us
flavors in the image are blackberry, cherry, cream soda, and strawberries & cream
I came for the Cream Soda but I stayed for the Strawberries & Cream.
I've had the new Dr. Pepper flavors and oligarchy is good now.
shouldn't they release games for it first
lmao

Chibi-Robo! (Switch 2, 22.5 hours):
Cute. Charming music and art. Distinctive enjoyable writing. It's marred by unskippable animations and cutscenes that repeat and written dialog that cannot be sped up. It starts to draaaaag. Progression also got obscure and confounding. Great core loop though.
