Looking for suggestions for outsourcing size selection on a Blue Pippin along with Illumina sequencing at a good price. I've previously used Novogene for sequencing, but they don't provide any size selection services.

Preprint with postdoc @kerrycobb.bsky.social! When processes (e.g., ghost introgression) are omitted from training data, machine learning approaches are error-prone. Domain adaptation allows accurate inferences of introgression in the presence of unmodeled processes!
