Also I started in 2026 with a host of health issues which was not fun haha... On the upside though, it did get me to finally kickstart a workout routine! Just at-home exercises, nothing fancy, but it's a step forward for this couch potato 💪

I obviously don't know what you're going through or what the future might bright, but I hope that you too will find more little joys to sustain you. And I hope you'll decide to stay here a little longer every day ❤️

I think what helped me keep going was focusing on the small things that I can do, and the little joys. Work was hell (the joys of being an artist in the year 2025, am I right??) so I focused on real-life relationships. I talked to my friends more and enjoyed slow days with my family.

2025 has been a journey for me. Some days were so hard mentally and made me feel like maybe hard work doesn't pay off. But there were also brighter days that made things feel worthwhile after all.

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say this year has been rough. So if you're stil here right now, give yourself a pat in the back. You did your best and that's more than anyone could ever ask for.
