Strength really goes down if you do a super quick cut; I went from 110 kg to 100 and didnβt really see any strength dips
Cuphead, once you learn the attack patterns it feels super rewarding to get farther and beat the bosses
One of the things I noticed for my squat is since I dropped 10kg, I donβt have as much of a belly anymore so I really have to nail my brace once I go 180+; itβs worth it tho
My coach literally told me that I canβt fail the last deadlift or heβd lose his shit π€£
I lost positioning on my third squat, been working really hard on regaining my confidence during the offseason
