Alas they no longer make them
You are. While it was sat in Greater Manchester Police's Garage, they repaired all the damage done in the raid, plus some dents and scratches the wife had done. also it got a perfect interior valet, so all the crust of crumbs and rubbish as carpet, magically dissappeared π€£
Here's the news article about it! www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater...
Its even survived being stolen by ram raiders, who threatened pursuing police with an axe, before being recovered on my birthday (BEST PRESENT EVER) and was returned in better condition than it was before!
The first car I owned with the missus was a Fabia, which was completely rock solid. We only got rid of it to get a bigger "family car" and ended up with what turned out to be a complete lemon of a Ford SMAX. We ditched that for the wonderful Skoda Yeti, which we've had for ten years now.
(and yes I know I need to change the date on the cover image π€£)
A crocodile headed monster and its warrior woman handler, the cover of Fantastic Odyssey's magazine for OpenQuest and Basic Roleplaying.
That's it, the rough layout of Fantastic Odyssey's Issue 1 for #OpenQuestRPG and Basic Roleplaying is done. Time to let it rest, walk the dog, print it off and polish it. Should be with backers this weekend/early next week π
and as for the UK, my favourite is our system of parks - established by the Victorians, and gradually fading away due to underfunding. We've got lots of them here in Oldham, with Alexandria park in town haveing a website all of its own www.alexandra-park.com (check out the postcards)
If the idea of abandoned settlements blows your mind, don't look at US urban explorers' sites. There's a whole site of picture of abandoned Detroit, where they juxtapose the current state of public buildings with images of when they were being used. Haunted does not start to cover it.
Suffering a similar thing with the first game, which is absolutely lovely and play smooth, but I just want to run about like a loon shooting things (which is why Borderlands is my cuppa). I'm going to uninstall it and come back when I'm a bit more mature π€£
Why not, everyone knows Gammon comes from specially bread (with extra bile) white far right voters. Right? π€£
Might happen, spent the last half an hour writing up an overview π€£
Bright sunlight is sending me a bit giddy. No longer wet and cold. Energised, BOING! BOING! SPRING HAS SPRUNG MELON FARMERS AND ITS FULL OF AWESOME AND WIN π
Alternative title "Watch out here comes...THE WIZARD!" π
Damnit, I want to write an OSR game called Wandering Wizard, where the pcs are Wizards (of various types) going around fixing wrongs caused by other character classes π€£
Did you watch Dirty Business? I can't believe how much water companies have gotten away with. They're putting profit before public health - itβs a scandal and the Government MUST take action! Sick of sewage? Add your name to the petition today: you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/pr...
GIVE ME SAUGAGES, Or give me DEATH!!!! β οΈ
Yeah. You can make a mung bean version - which is why I have a monster bag of them sitting in my cupboard. Intended as a breakfast replacement for Sausage Sandwiches, which is why they are still sitting there π€£
Nah, prefer pinto beans. Black Beans are for quesadillas π
Red Lentils however always make me think of this guy... (mainly because of his epic soaking of lentils in the bath scene).
I'm trying to do a Legume (beans, lentils etc) a day, and when I manage it consistantly its SUPERCHARGED NEWTS!!!! π€£
Are you sure you are not confusing him with Ted (from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure)? I certainly am π€£
It's all fun and games, until the Late Bronze Age Collapse. "I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you pesky Sea Peoples" π€£
Last time I had someone have a go, I ran a whole set of commands to restore my Windows Hello (basically Pin Number Login config was corrupt). Oh seeing the percentage complete go up on a DOS prompt, WICKED :D
OMG it all makes sense now! π
I'm thinking of going, its only 40mins on the train! Local con! Also I'm a bit of Moorcook fan :)
Now I'll get more despair from the woman on the Health Centre Reception desk π€£
When you say "pee", does that mean you'll accept this sample I'm just taking to the Doctors? π€£
*swoon* π
