Valve Has Quietly Backed Projects to Bring Windows Games to Arm The idea is that, in the future, you could play Steam games on your phone, tablet, a laptop running an Arm processor, a range of VR headsets, or anything else using Arm hardware.

They are legitimately working on this as valve has invested money into open source projects to play windows games on ARM and their next headset runs on an ARM processor.
