What are some of the silly things you do to get over being sick, like to feel like a person again?
The sickness got me again, and I am so OVER IT

I will sometimes get up and read in a different space with low lighting, to kind of feel like a reset and prepare my mind for sleep again. I think of it as not time "wasted" trying to sleep since I'll be awake regardless.

It's not foolproof but does work for me!
