I'm not telling anyone else what to do, but the most important thing EYE can do right now is triple down on practical competencies vs systems.

Every flavor of our infrastructure is weakened and will take decades of effort to repair, so 1st priority is securing alternatives to their absence.

We can’t avoid the uncomfortable truth & reality of colorism that surface within the black/queer community. There are still many brown & dark-skinned individuals who feel and see the notion & despair of hidden discourse in our societal measurements.

I still frequently deal with it til this day.
