Shrove Tuesday? Nah, it’s Stout Tuesday!

We love the interplay of malt and hops in darker beers, so for Transit we took a classic stout base and loaded three different hops in (Jester, Emperor & Citra), to build notes of pine resin, grapefruit, and clean citrus fruit.

Also home to the famous local adopted as logo to nearby @adnamssouthwold.bsky.social, the original Southwold Jack, a 15c wooden figure. He has doppelgangers everywhere.

The splash of yellow, the fruity-coconut scent…gorse in flower is just lovely (but mind the prickles!). 🥰
