Hello #appliedlinguistics and #SLA researchers! Trying to find anyone interested in #EAL and #multilingual learners, or #MFL and pedagogy. Not expecting there are many people yet who also research using songs for teaching languages but if youβre on here, letβs connect!

A warm welcome to our new students on the MSc in Applied Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition (ALSLA) here at @oxforddeptofed.bsky.social! In our first session, we found out how many languages are spoken in the group - 20!
We have just launched two online, part time Postgraduate Diplomas at Oxford. One in English as an Additional language and the other in Early Childhood Education. Perfect for in service teachers wishing to gain formal qualifications in these areas.
