Duquesne Light will maintain through access for pedestrians and bicycles, and Joncaire remains open to maintain access for residents of Panther Hollow. This is a major disruption to traffic flow in Oakland, obviously, but will result in more reliable water and electrical service. (2/3)

Beginning today, Duquesne Light Company & Pittsburgh Water will be conducting major subsurface infrastructure upgrades on Boundary Street. Construction will extend through the fall, and Boundary will be entirely closed to vehicular traffic. (1/3)

Panther hollow bridge

The @cityofpittsburgh.bsky.social has good news about Panther Hollow Bridge repairs: contractors are on track to complete repairs and reopen the bridge to all traffic by the end of 2025 🤞.

Construction on the Anderson Bridge is also on schedule, and should be complete by late 2026.
