That is not the definition of AGI, like at all. You’re thinking of ASI - artificial super intelligence. AGI just has to be intelligent enough to be able to learn any topic. I already made that.

Chrome is not the first to do this. In fact, even I made a browser that tries to do this, albeit not very good or effective at all. However, there exists a FOSS option that’s about as good as Atlas and IMHO better than Comet. It’s called “BrowserOS”. Ironically not a true “operating system”.
