Je me suis tapΓ© un fou rire dans la rue tout seul en entendant "Alain Half-Lifeflelou"
Votre rigueur scientifique est exemplaire. Une méthodologie qui rend fière la recherche française.
Great job!
Finally the rumours become public: The CEPC Chinese collider project is on hold.

Wtf... Une vraie rΓ©volution conservatrice.
C'est fait! Merci!
Today LHCb presented a new measurement of the decay of a B meson into a K* and a ΞΌ+ ΞΌ- pair
Previous results disagreed with the Standard Model prediction for the branching fraction and angular distribution
The new measurement has almost twice as much data and still disagrees!

Je n'ai presque pas fait de JRPG de ma vie et pourtant j'adore ce jeu! Vas-y!
An unexpected surprise. The 2025 Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics honors over 13,000 researchers whose labors have led to the precise description the Higgs mechanism, β¦ breakthroughprize.org/News/91 @CERN
Bon courage Γ vous !
American science and medicine has been thrown into chaos and uncertainty over the past week. Here are some stories to get up to speed. 1/12
Thanks a lot Maurizio! It's been a pleasure to work with you! π I wish you plenty of cool charm results!
I cannot thank enough my colleagues of the LHCb experiment. I met people with whom I will stay friends for the rest of my life. I will closely follow the future of particle physics and take every opportunity to interact with my ex-academia colleagues. Particle physics has a bright future!
I am delighted with my new job in industry. This new experience allows me to learn plenty of new tools and methods, and meet very interesting people who are helping me to make a successful transition.
I then pursued a postdoc at IJCLab in Orsay (France), where I worked with a wonderful team on rare beauty decays. This experience as a researcher was truly life-changing. I learned so many amazing technical tools and work practices that will help me for the rest of my life.
My life as a particle physicist started in 2016 at EPFL (Lausanne), where I discovered the amazing world of research at CERN through my master thesis and PhD, studying matter-antimatter oscillations of charm particles.
After 8 incredible years as part of the LHCb collaboration at CERN, it is time for me to explore new horizons. I am very happy to announce that I am now a contractor for SII, working as a software developer for clients in the parisian area.
Bon rΓ©tablissement!
Determination of short- and long-distance contributions in Bβ°βK*β°ΞΌβΊΞΌβ» decays arxiv.org/abs/2312.09102 - The overall level of compatibility with the Standard Model is evaluated to be between 1.8 and 1.9 standard deviations when looking at the C9 Wilson coefficient alone.

Un jeu, qui oui a quelques approximations, mais qui est absolument magnifique! Merci @dontnod.bsky.social !
This is really catastrophic. I don't understand why this is still not fixed.
Superbe!!
