Finally found a texture workflow that I like! I want a pixel art look, but I'm bad at it and hate doing it, so it's not a matter of 'just practice'. I made this using Substance Painter along with a filter called Pixel8r and I LOVE this.

LIFTOFF!
This represents two solid weeks of work re-making what I already had in Unity inside Unreal. I have custom ground and flight movement systems featuring tank controls and auto-follow camera with anticipation pan. I'm SO happy!

Oh no. I've already written a bunch of blueprints like this. I've just realized this is all a bunch of if/then statements and in Unity, I'd favor using a switch statement so I don't have to run through all the options and.. and... oh NO do I already need to refactor my blueprints?!?

Believe it or not, this is great progress! Got a weird mathematical hitch when pitch input tries to move from positive to negative or visa'versa, but that's just one more thing to work on :)
