I live in Hays Co. and the county opted to allow voters to vote in any voting location in the county rather than the voters’ designated precincts. I believe this only applied to the primaries. In the general election, voters must vote in their assigned precincts. All TX counties should do this.
This was for the 2024 election. Is NAACP planning to do this again for the 2026 midterms?
