I need to make a sourdough loaf too but haven’t revived my starter yet. This was just a plan old yeast loaf.
Slowly preparing myself to go back to work on Monday after about 10 days off. Today’s activity is getting a loaf of bread made for breakfast sandwiches. I was so good about not buying bread from the store (nothing against, this is just a low effort task for me) this summer but fell off in the fall.
Forever obsessed with Emily Austin. 53 pages into Is This A Cry For Help? (Out 1.13) and I’m so gripped. I always feel so see by her main characters. This passage in particular really got to me.
