Two adventures would ultimately become part of the F.I.S.T. service -- the first, advertised here, was called Castle Mammon. The second, Rings of Allion, would come later with F.I.S.T. 2. Players would mail in for a free Adventurer's Pack which contained a starter kit of information on the rules for the adventure (Castle Mammon) along with a membership form and some background tips. Everything was driven by your phone using a menu of choices with which you could learn about the game from others connecting to the service like a group chat, an 'academy' to practice the combat system with, a store to equip your adventurer with gear if they survive the adventure, a monthly competition, and more. Players dial in their combat moves, increasing their ability and becoming stronger, as the service describes the adventure to them like a Dungeon Master. In addition to the recorded narration and dial-in interaction, the game also featured sound effects to enhance the adventuring experience!
