Hi Sarah, the thing I've heard of is (drum roll) yoga. A former student has an org, Sarasvate, that uses yoga. A student at ISHTA says when she's at the studio she doesn't have (feel her) alzeimers. Best to you and your parents. 🕉️

Just finished this (2017) book about George Washington and why we got a U.S. Army. It's an amazing look at the first president and the founders' machinations to gain land west of the colonies. Bumbling, lying, and deceit – with natives, England, Canada, and the Congress. Very interesting.

I keep hearing "Why are they changing government in this chaotic way?" I learned that Vance, etc are fans of Curtis Yarvin. His ideas and Musk's desire to turn gov't into his own businesses while getting regulations off his back, make it easy to see why.
