Hi Sarah, the thing I've heard of is (drum roll) yoga. A former student has an org, Sarasvate, that uses yoga. A student at ISHTA says when she's at the studio she doesn't have (feel her) alzeimers. Best to you and your parents. ποΈ

Isn't Columbo the one where they show you the answer in the first scene?

More working together, less stupid. Calling out bad ideas. Even though we differ on policy, let's have some more of this. Thank you.

Jill Sobule, so tragic
mine, too. When I lived in DC, I hung with a group that centered around a restaurant run by Carol Greenwood. She made the celebratory dish from Big Night for a Big Night party for us.
No other developed nation in the world would tolerate the monstrosity that is the GOP's Murder-Suicide Pact with America. It's time to face the fact that virtually every other leading democracy on the planet serves their people better than we do here. My latest. www.thedailybeast.com/trumps-big-b...

In a silent way, looking for wisdom for now and next...
I will give you this green gator if you get off your phone and put on those hiking boots.
Just finished this (2017) book about George Washington and why we got a U.S. Army. It's an amazing look at the first president and the founders' machinations to gain land west of the colonies. Bumbling, lying, and deceit β with natives, England, Canada, and the Congress. Very interesting.

@jonfavs.bsky.social Love what you do at pod save.ππ» Heard you and @danpfeiffer.bsky.social "wondering" why the dumb approach at DOGE. Thought you might share your thoughts on the pod on Curtis Yarvin's influence and Musk's appt. as CEO-king in a Yarvin-style monarchy.

I keep hearing "Why are they changing government in this chaotic way?" I learned that Vance, etc are fans of Curtis Yarvin. His ideas and Musk's desire to turn gov't into his own businesses while getting regulations off his back, make it easy to see why.
