God the first comic I ever bought at ten years old was the Lady Justice issue written by him. I read it so much it literally fell apart. This monster has been a part of my life for 25+ years.

At this point the Neil Gaiman we thought we knew was a character written by the real Neil Gaiman.

Finding out someone I’ve respected and admired since I was in high school is an absolute monster was not on my bingo card for 2025.

I have not read the article on Neil per my husband’s advice, since I’m an SA survivor with CPTSD and OCD. But husband read it and gave me the sparknotes.

I got up at 6:30am yesterday and made these babies. Pumpkin still needs perfecting, was a little blah this year. Pecan was awesome, adding walnuts was a big brain move and balanced the sweetness, but could have used like 3 more minutes in the oven.

She got a beautiful baby grand to keep in the shop and once it’s tuned I’ll be playing it regularly since I’m there almost daily.
