Crescent skull moon patch above a small jar of Nutella.
Three Hare patch from backing Yochai Galβs Beyond the Pale adventure.
More patches I sewed: A skull-moon and tiny jar of Nutella on my gaming vest, and a Three Hare patch on my bag.

My partner picked up at a craft market.
Patch of a froggie wizard GM.
Sewing patches whilst playing D&D.
Mmmmm Nox
My PC did survive tonight's session but we'll count in earnest once they reach the castle.
Iβm Canadian so either is fine.
Cover of the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons module I6 Ravenloft
Starting a DCC game in 30min (as a player this time π²) and our GM is running us through the AD&D classic I6 Ravenloft! π¦
Anyone want to guess how many sessions my 4th level cleric Sir Claude survives before dying horribly? π

Patch in the style of medieval marginalia depicting a rabbit wielding a sword and shield.
Patch saying PLAGUE DOCTOR, depicting an individual wearing a traditional plague doctor outfit wielding a wand beneath a night sky.
Stitched a couple more patches tonight, this time on my gaming bag. #conprep
Black denim vest with pinned patch depicting a green gelatinous cube.
Cover of the Turkish film, The Sword and The Claw by AGFA Tagline says "DIRTIEST FIGHTING EVER" -Kung Fu Express
Feeling better, better enough to work tomorrow I suppose.
Patch sewing again whilst watching this Turkish gem: The Sword and The Claw. #BMovie #Tubi
Yeah, Iβd spit in it.
Thanks! π
A black denim vest with a few patches an pins visible: a black grimoire with a pentagram patch; a neon green pin that says βGoblin Modeβ, a skull parch, and patch that says βOSRβ in the centre, surrounded by βNo WotC, No Mastersβ
Bleh. I got a head cold so Iβm watching Tubi whilst sewing patches on my geeky battle vest in preparation for Terminal City Tabletop Convention in a couple weeks. #goblinmode #osr
Definitely one of my top kaiju flicks.
I blame Golden Axe for perpetuating unrealistic body standards, particularly for dwarves.
POV from the drivers seat of a forklift of a distant rainbow rising over some buildings.
Same PoV but zoomed in.

I accidentally started on nightmare mode.
Hmm it think I shouldnβt be something reliant on Crits, as all damage types benefit from them.
Perhaps inflicting bleed on max damage? π©Έ
I was also considering something like bludgeoning weapons have ADV on damage vs armoured opponents? Either that or AC bonuses from armour are partially ignored.
Iβm musing that piercing weapons should perhaps all have the possibility of exploding damage dice (as a reflection of hitting a vital organ). πΉ
If so, then I think bludgeoning and slashing types should also have additional mechanics, to keep piercing from being the ideal damage type. π€
One possible way to make daggers deadlier is giving them damage dice that exploding on their highest result. That means probability-wise a d4 would have a higher chance of doing increased damage.
To prevent weapon damage creep have it only apply to daggers and perhaps only in certain situations.
I concur that I feel the humble d4 dagger could be deadlier. I also like the concept of basing all weapon damage off of class HD, such as in Dungeon World, a good reflection martial training and experience.
Also means you can have wizards with swords without worrying about class balance. π§βοΈπ§ββοΈ

Shieldice maybe made it. Not signed
Cheers!
Well mine is today so *I* donβt have to, at least for today.
This auspicious day shares both the anniversary release of The Legend of Zelda, as well as my own release into the world a year prior. β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ

True that. Sometimes all it takes is a short d6 table to provide a bit of inspiration!
Nice! I especially like tying in distance for Encounters. Works very well given Shadowdarkβs primary ranges are Close, Near and Far.
Brilliant! Much obliged! Plans on providing filler results for the entire die?
