Aheartfulofgames, the Spanish studio behind Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed, says it faces closure after its owner Outright Games signalled its intention to make all employees at the studio redundant.

OG alega causas productivas para el ERE de Aheartfulofgames. Su decisión es unilateral y no nos ofrece otras alternativas. Ante tal vulneración de nuestros derechos, la plantilla está organizada con CSVI y dispuesta a luchar contra esta situación de represión e injusticia.
Pese a seguir produciendo con estudios externos, OG no asignó estos proyectos al equipo, que contaba con disponibilidad y capacidad operativa. Incluso una propuesta que desarrollamos, respaldada por un licenciatario importante, fue desestimada internamente sin darnos explicación.

OG prometía un flujo de proyectos estable tras la compra de Aheartfulofgames. Tras dos años, publicamos un proyecto cumpliendo plazos y presupuesto, que resultó comercialmente rentable. Tras un cambio en la directiva, su gestión parecía ir en contra de nuestro estudio.

Outright Games ha dado comienzo al proceso de cierre de Aheartfulofgames, su estudio de desarrollo interno, a pesar de los constantes esfuerzos del equipo por desarrollar pre-producciones, crear prototipos y elaborar propuestas.
