6 weeks in and going strong. I really look forward to my lift days now. Now to focus on nutrition a bit as this gut is going nowhere fast.
Well, $40 per year a lot cheaper than the other 2 apps I looked at, although the others have lots of templates and/or build a workout for you. But I think I know enough at this point to put together my own. Already making mods to the templates I have. Going to try Strong tonight for my lift session
Might check this one out too. Currently on free trials of Fitbod and Caliber. Both have their strengths but each is lacking something as well.
Had my last drink on Jan 1. But dry January will end for me at about 9pm tonight (Raid night!). Not going to lie, in the first week or two, I really wanted a drink but it actually made me evaluate why I wanted it so much. I am better for it imo.

I don't doubt it will be something similar. Except I know he is super busy since 6am is only time i could get, and only because his normal client is on vacation. Honestly, I am mainly looking for him to show me how to use all the machines when I meet with him. Some of them look pretty intimidating.
