Retail therapy is helpful sometimes, but I need to be guaranteed a regular income before I'll start feeling safe again. Even then, I have no idea when I'll be able to see friends irl or play games with people, or stream again... I'm so tired of being tired and barely anyone checking in

This is going to be so destructive in the long term, because while I'm trying to put money towards useful things, they're not always 100% necessary. I could try saving for larger purchases, but I can feel myself itching that money is there and I don't want it grabbed away by bills.

I've reached a realisation:

I can't do much currently because my Fibromyalgia is so energy limiting, that most days I cannot get out of bed and do anything I want to. So, I now get restless when I have money sitting in my bank account, because if I don't spend it I'm not doing anything productive.
