푸주는 흐물하게, 단단쫀독하게
입맛따라 데쳐주셔요..
푸주서 기름 나오니까는 새우부터 데쳐야 깔끔하지요..

물기 쫘악빼다가 바질페스토 두세숟갈 터억.,
버물버물 땡..
크러쉬드페퍼나 통후추 박박 뿌려주면은
매콤알알해서 느끼하지않구 맛나지요..

곁들이는 미친만두와 금귤입니다 ^ ^
