What were once almost certain fundable scores have become coin flips and what used to be likely grants have become aspirational, leading to fewer awards.

DHS nominee Markwayne Mullin is one of the most active stock-traders in the Senate — and violated the STOCK Act against insider trading as recently as last August.
He currently holds stock in L3Harris, which has millions in contracts with ICE and FEMA.
The grift continues.
Ben Stiller is calling out the White House after it used a clip from Tropic Thunder in a video promoting the Iran war.
“We never gave you permission and have no interest in being part of your propaganda machine. War is not a movie,” Stiller wrote.
Seems less than ideal.
