Training day!

Bench 3 x 5 up to 195#. Accessories Circus DB row, ab fallouts, biceps, triceps, IYT raises all single sets to failure.

Also got a new belt for my big belly, & with GDC coming up, I figured I’d get my deadlift sets in today & start breaking it in. Speedy 2” deficit DLs 6 x 2 x 185#.

Nothing else today. I think I’ll limit deadlift days to just warmup, lift, cooldown for now before adding carry finishers back in, if ever.

Deadlifts today, with power belly out in full force!

3 x 225/245/275#. It was a little harder to get to the bar than it used to be, so I’m going to add some more mobility warmups in for next time. Back started to seize a little so I called it and skipped sandbag carries.

45min training time.
