this chorale is absolutely gut wrenchingly beautiful. I had to learn more and I found that the composer tragically died at 29 protecting France during WWII and this recording is, in fact, a performance by his sister who survived him. wow.

Whole album is a huuuge recommend (especially if you like microtonal stuff), but this is my favourite song off of it. Had the pleasure of seeing most of this album performed live last year by sheer luck.
