Bluesky is much more useful now that it has trending topics. Also refreshing to not have to wade through crypto scams to see what is going on.

Going to transition Sections Pro from using using app blocks to theme blocks at the beginning of next year. Anyone know if they suffer from the same upgrade problems as sections? Fixing the Shopify theme upgrade process would be a great boring update. 😉

It has a been a long time since I found something missing in CSS. But, I guess deferred background images are not a thing. This seems like something that should exist. Any good CSS only workarounds that I haven't seen yet other than using an <img> with object-fit?

Pre-BFCM, I am not adding too much net new to Sections Pro but I have been laser focused on implementing merchant requests. Had a merchant ask for more mobile options for the Circle Menu and knocked it out in under a day.
Pretty awesome that Sections Pro is now showing up in contextual search in the Shopify App store.
The most difficult thing about building Sections Pro is working with Shopify themes that don't tightly scope their styles. Is there a BFS for themes? Tightly scoped styles should be a req.

Only thing that really seems to be missing from Bluesky is trending topics. I am occasionally popping into X to see what is current.
Adding background image options to Sections Pro. Delayed doing this for awhile because of all the options but landed on image, color and size to start. Simple but gives you a lot of flexibility.
What are you using to post both on X and Bluesky? Just copy/paste or something else.

The Shopify theme customizer got a redesign overnight. Really makes all the settings on Sections Pro pop.
