Did you know it's so easy and free to set up IRL streaming from any phone?

Open port 22222 on your home router to your PC. Then, create a media source in OBS for srt://0.0.0.0:22222.

Next, using IRLPro (Android) or Moblin (iPhone), you can stream to srt://[yourIpAddress]:22222.
