Is no one else excited about seeing Roald and Lizan watching Mavic Chen on the Big Screen while the Technix mill about? And the Spa flying!

Thankfully they replaced him with a dog that could act.
At last, we shall finally see the Screamers in action in another Terry Nation swamp/jungle setting and the Death of Zephon!
A substantial, thoughtful response to the BBC Charter Review green paper from the BBC WAC Campaign (of which I'm a part), focussed on Written Archives Centre issues but more broadly address to questions of trust and transparency. Do please take a look.
We reach the final episode of 1962's The Monsters who finally make an appearance - but how many are there, and why have they become killers? Link in post belowβ¬οΈ. Next time: Even'all in Thamesford.

Surprised Scarred for Life haven't clutched their hearts over the presence of... the Jeavons. And his hair.

The Monsters Episode Three is outlined in the Substack this weekend. Link below! You may have missed Episode Two as I forgot to advertise it. Professor Cato's scheme is outlined, and the two deaths are explained. Is there a link? Or is it something green?

Although the shop is now closed, the site will not be deleted for a few months. If you missed out on Drama in the Lab (R.3) and Swizzlewick (Taste & Decency), get in touch. Alas, Message from the Stars (A for Andromeda) is almost sold out.
And special gratitude for the shares and kind comments in recent times. Much appreciated.
The shop will remain open until tomorrow night now thanks to a request. Many thanks to those of you who picked up copies this week.
Gentle reminder...

The Saturday Morning Press shop will be closing at the end of the month and the associated email address will also eventually disappear. The Substack will continue - I'm in the middle of The Monsters, another lost BBC serial. A monster may turn up - eventually. shop.saturdaymorningpress.co.uk
Get in quick and order these excellent books if you haven't already.
Thank you to everyone who supported the range. I'm still going to get that book about Compact out there one day...
