Just bought a third-party pencil on Amazon for under $20. It's compatible with the original Apple pencil, which is all our iPad supports.
But I bet there are also clones of the 2nd gen Apple Pencil.

Wow. I just started looking for a new Mac Admin job now. There are a million things in Jamf I don't like, but I still think it's better than every alternative MDM.
