In the office place early to get in before the rain storms that are forecasted blows through.

Considering I just shotgunned 2 cups of absolutely mediocre office coffee there will be a 3rd and potentially a 4th this morning!

6am CrossFit workout scores and I'm right at the bottom though being at the bottom is not a bad place to be.

I can only go up from here!

BTW the score differences really are by mere seconds between us all but every second counts.

Feels like there is little joy there.
