I do think PR is the "easiest" version of the game, really my main complaints are with the DS version without autosaves... (it means you have to do Crystal Tower and World of Darkness without saving)

also they give every boss a second attack per turn for some godforsaken reason in DS

i found all the pixel remaster ost to range between "decent" to "genuinely great", as much as i dislike 3 as a whole, the soundtrack is Really Good

(my personal favorite of the osts is 5's remaster)

FAIR FAIR, this is mostly to say once you feel about ready to tackle the ending of the game, you can genuinely turn off random encounters once you get Sick of them (think you can do that in all ports of pixel remaster???) hklhalks
