Perfect! Thank you. I kept wondering what it was as I read.

Perfect thank you, I was reading the docs and I just thought "Well, what is it exactly not what it does but please what is it" haha. Thank you for replying, now I know.
So a model is a PHP class with access to database functions? #laravel folks help a girl out? Is this correct?
Alright! I just had the coolest coffee chat and I think ... time to be me. π #100Devs #Laravel #learningjourney
I was and I will join the next ones. Thank you. π
I may not have been posting but that's because I forgot to open my blue.sky app - but I'm actually still on the #100DaysOfCode - I have coded every single day for the entire year so far.
Do I have to be American or even close to join? I always did wonder. I know from the discord notification that you have this in Spanish too. But I'm not even there so is it okay to join still?
Day 5 of #100DaysOfCode
Not really the best of days, I really don't feel all that well, not physically, mentally. Did some client work, didn't do my Anki though there is still time. I did some boot.dev and I made this, a HTML CSS framework thing. github.com/ofthewildfir...
I think its cute.
Day 4 #100DaysOfCode
- Bash on boot.dev
- Anki cards done
- Thought about Laravel project
Day 3 of #100DaysOfCode
Finished Boot.dev "Learn to Code in Python" course today. Did some client work, helped my neighbor fix her email, then ran through my Anki cards.
PS: learning from Boot.dev to teach myself CS stuff, but really learning @laravel.com from Laracasts. π«π« which I adore omg.
Yes. I should do that too π I never follow my own advice.
Congrats on that. Doing a scary thing is always an achievement. Good luck on more users (saw you said you're at 20 now!)
Day 2 # 100DaysOfCode
Today has been a long day.
boot.dev and I got to errors in Python ππ¬which are cool.
Anki full clear and I mean full clear including deleting trash cards, as well as worked on some Laravel too, personal project soon. #Laravel
Also doing some migrating... its fun!
Update on this:
I now know that in order to use Laravel workers and not have a user be forced to wait till this email is sent you use "queue" in place of send there! Then make sure the Worker is running in the background to process the Job.

These thumbnails are making me want to start @cs50.harvard.edu real bad now. Is that as glow? It looks like a glow...
Yay! Murder at the Vicarage is public domain now. standardebooks.org/blog/public-... I am so reading this #Books
BlueSky. Noooooo π₯Ή
You're killing me. Where is my language. Hahaha.
But I think I can try and hack it either way? Lets see.
Dayβ―1 of #100DaysOfCode π
Python: playing with dicts & sets.
Laravel: Learned about queues and Vite bundling.
Cleared my Anki deck, yay! π
π
Biggest win: actually understanding queues oh and using them, I think I want to make a project that has lots of emails. #Laravel #Python #DevJourney
Me: man this is a janky solution.
Official solution: *works fine for me*
ME: ...... oh okay then.
Ohhh I just sent my first mailable from a Laravel app π
What in the heck is this magic, copy visible code from video. πthis is wild and I LOVE IT. #CodeTime #Laracasts
That first one sounds very cathartic, no? π
This is such a good cover of this song.
I am going through this phase where I adore Light mode, everything is so bright and clean with Light mode. π
I want to make something today, so I am going to think of something, or ask Chatjippity to ask me questions to arrive at a fun thing I can make today.... that sounds fun?
Day 2 of replacing my doom scrolling with something useful. Boot.dev time. π₯ @wagslane.bsky.social

I like using dynamic types.
