When I was rebuilding my credit, I bought a 12 year old CRV with low mileage through my credit union (and paid 25% down) and it’s been a GREAT financial decision for me. Low payment, reliable car, and I managed a lower-than-average interest rate (BECAUSE CREDIT UNIONS RULE)
